MISSIONS & CHURCH PLANTING
Our Four Dynamics Towards Missions
1. Personal Mentorship Relationships: Relating, Reflecting, Refocusing, and Resourcing.
2. Network Support System: Utilizing other mentors (coaches), church planters, and their experiences.
3. Skill Development: Skill Training for upcoming missionaries, strategy development, and resources.
4. Focus on Spiritual Dynamics: Revitalizing our ministry vision and assignments, Intercessory Prayer Revival and Monthly Prayer Focus (specifically praying for a location).
Church Planters Awareness
1. Vision Focus: Church Planters
- Pre-Plant (3-6 months before arriving on the field)
- Post-Plant (12-24 months after planting). Review and adjustable system based on cultural dynamics.
2. Church Planter Family Support System
- Church Planter spouses must be strongly encouraged.
